- What is their fund size?
- How much has already been invested?
- How much dry powder will they keep for your venture, and do they support follow-on rounds?
- Do they ever lead in follow-on rounds?
- What is their definition of success (2× returns? 10× returns? somewhere in between? )
- Do they support founders or jettison them when the going gets tough?
Pastikan kamu ngobrol juga dengan portfolio mereka yang gagal juga jangan yang bagus doang. Kamu mau smart money, partnership yang bagus lebih penting daripada valuasi bisnis mu.
Be very very selective ketika milih investor mu. You need the best bukan artinya yang paling jago goreng saham supaya valuasimu setinggi mungkin.
